Michael O'Neal brings an extensive background in management and marketing to our team. A successful entrepreneur, Michael has owned and managed firms in the private sector. His expertise in business management and marketing has benefited clients seeking to expand their procurement activities. Michael is the principal in several business ventures in the real estate and development professions.

Michael provides clients with the right mix of business discipline, business acumen and marketing. His success in the private sector helps clients better understand the need to maintain fiscal underpinnings while working to expand their business options. He has worked with the principals of small and medium sized firms on development activities.

Michael believes that the best way to build business is to network, explore partnerships and to make philanthropic contributions in respective communities. He is active with Indiana Black Expo, the Indianapolis Black Chamber of Commerce and is a committee member of the Young Professionals of the National Urban League. He was also appointed by Indiana Democratic Party Chairman Robin Winston to Chair the Young African-American Leadership Caucus. Indianapolis Mayor Bart Peterson recognized Michael's skills when he appointed him to the prestigious Indianapolis Airport Trade Board.

Michael attended Indiana State University and remains active with alumni activities at his alma mater. He is active in his church and is the proud father of Mason, Sydney, Michael II and Myles.
