Robin Winston, former Chairman of the Indiana Democratic Party and Pat Terrell , former Political Director for the Indiana Democratic Party, serve as principals of the firm. During their terms at the Indiana Democratic Party from 1997-2001, they helped elect Evan Bayh to the United States Senate, win the Indianapolis mayor's race for the first time in thirty-two years, secure control of the Indiana House of Representatives and re-elect Governor Frank O'Bannon.
